How do we place an order?

Email customerservice@studenteats.ca or call us at 647-235-4741 and include your school name, breakfast item and quantity, and desired delivery date and time. Orders must be placed two business days in advance.

Is there an order minimum?

100-piece minimum plus delivery fee.

What lead time do you require?

Orders accepted 24/7 but require at least two business days’ notice.

When will my delivery arrive?

Morning windows 7:30–9:00 AM. Please let us know your preferred delivery time.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellable up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery; after that, charges may apply. Please call 647-235-4741 to cancel.

How do you handle allergies?

Allergy and dietary needs are accommodated; note restrictions when ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept EFT and cheque.

Need help? We typically reply within one hour.
